Chef Paul Wiester earned his undergraduate degree in Mathemathics, but pursued his dream to become a chef soon after. He trained under that critic Chef Bill Neal and Chef Paul Prudhomme, which later earned him a food handlers manager certificate. Since he started his career in the 80s, he worked for various restaurants and worked his way up. His skills in cooking and his passion of great food have brought him wonders in his career as a chef. He first started as a cook in Hectors Restaurant in the 1980s, in which he was later offered a managerial position until he eventually was able to buy the entire restaurant for himself. From Crooks Corner and La Residence, he moved from one restaurant to another, gathering skills that have made his extensive career as a Chef a wonderful one. Today, he has become one of the most celebrated chefs of his generation. With recognitions from various events, competitions and organization, Chef Paul Weister proves himself worthy of honor.
